How do you evaluate your "leadership style"?
Every week I have a phone call or a face to face meeting with my mentor, a pastor in the area who has more experience than I do and whom I respect. Something that comes up every week is what he will often call a “focus question”, something that I’m supposed to thing about for the week. This week is was:
